At Pacific Ascent, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Not be marked as Final Sale.
RETURN PROCESS
To request a return, please contact us through our Contact Us page with:
- Your order number.
- The reason for your return.
- Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect).
We'll provide the next steps once your request has been reviewed.
REFUNDS
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
EXCHANGES
If you received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with an exchange.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Gift cards
- Final Sale items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
